Email MotionVelo with your order information and a brief note about what you want to return or exchange. For apparel, include the size concern. For bike parts or components, include the compatibility issue or setup context.

Returned items should be clean, unused or in the condition required by the applicable policy, and include original packaging, manuals, tags, hardware, chargers, tools, or accessories that arrived with the item.

Frames, wheels, drivetrain parts, brake systems, lights, racks, bags, and other ride essentials can be damaged by poor packing. Secure the item so edges, mounts, and moving parts are protected during transit.

Cycling products carry real performance responsibility. A helmet, brake part, tire, saddle, light, jacket, or wheelset must be reviewed with care before it can move through a return or exchange process. The goal is simple: keep every rider setup clean, compatible, and ready for the road ahead.

Apparel Jerseys, outer layers, gloves, and ride wear should be clean, unworn, and returned with tags when applicable.
Components Parts should be complete, undamaged, and include all included hardware, packaging, and instructions.
Accessories Lights, locks, bags, racks, and tools should include original accessories and should not show installation damage.
Bicycles Bike returns require careful approval, complete packaging, and protected handling before shipment.
